Bullying starts at a very young age either at home or in the education environment. The reason for bullying is either the children are less monitored over their behaviour or been fulfilled with their demanding needs.

The non-matured children are often targeted for bullying. We need to have an environment where non-matured children (Virgins) are secured in the education premises.

Bullying culprit is now not a gender specific as boy or girl can be a group leader that controls the team. 

When children are provided with all necessities of comforts in their life without they knowing the importance of working hard to achieve things, they tend to live their life differently which we notice in the educational environment. When they grow up and join college, we find same behaviours in them if they are un-noticed. 

So make sure the children are observed closely in the educational environment and a follow-up with their parents when they are away.

Bullying can happen even in the work environment with less experienced people.
